Happy to report the problems seem to be fixed with regards to our print server issues. We’re all able to print and we now have our backup printer set up. I’d also like to let you know I had a great experience working with Michael. He was professional and courteous, but what I was really impressed with are his helpful attitude and resourcefulness. We’re not the most IT-ready office (missing cables and the like) but he was patient and helpful the whole way through. Last week I saw a preview on the Movie Channel about a family of children that had scared off their 17th nanny. I would say that sums up what our company does with IT Consultants. Our company has over 50 offices and about 4 computers per office. We each run a different version of Microsoft Windows, Outlook and a number of different insurance company software systems and, to add to the confusion, many of the different offices are linked together for the "cost savings".
Ian and Stefan from Adaptive were able to come into our organization and handle the needs in each office, the needs of the owner and the needs of the CFO. They kept all the billing organized and were able to account for every invoice with the end result being fully functioning computers and software each time they left. (Ask me the horrors of the other IT companies who'd leave and leave and we wouldn't have half of our programs working or not printing).
Because Ian and Stefan are also able to work remote on many occasions there's minimal interruption to your day and so you can get on with what you do best, without any computer glitches.
